Subscribers:

Anyone who owns land or comes and stays on Chappy is welcome to be a subscriber to the CCC for $75. You must be a subscriber to register for tennis and sailing classes and to rent the building for private events.

Rentals:

Subscribers may rent the CCC (subject to approval of dates by the person in charge of the rental schedule) providing they have been subscribers for the current year and one year prior. See guidelines and fee information.

You may also reserve the building in the event of a rain date. This must be done at least two weeks prior to your event. No fee will be charged if the building is not needed. Generally the building is not rented in July and August .

If you are having a caterer for your event, you must use a licensed caterer.

Tennis and Sailing classes:

Sign up for tennis and sailing is on a first come/first served basis. Once a class is full, you will be put on the waiting list in the order your application was received.

Cancellations and refunds - If a class is cancelled by the instructor, payment for that class can be refunded. This pertains even if the class time is rescheduled. If the participant cancels, there is no refund with cancellation less than two weeks prior to the class. Our classes are often full and we regret that we cannot give last minute cancellation refunds.
